Mercy Chinwo, a renowned gospel singer, has said that failure of leadership is one of the biggest problems crippling the Nation.
She said that if she were in a position to change anything about the country in 2024 it would be the leaders and to end tribalism.
Mercy Chinwo made this known in a recent interview with The Punch, while expressing sadness about the consistent mismanagement of resources by our leaders.
She said:
“If I could, I would change the leadership in the country and end tribalism. Nigeria has so many great resources that are being mismanaged by the leadership, and a large part of the cause of that is tribalism; both on the part of the leadership and the followers. So, in 2024, that’s what it would be.”
