Joseph said the complainant parked his motorcycle on the premises of the Kafanchan General Hospital, where it was stolen.

He noted that the defendant was found in possession of the stolen motorcycle.

When the charge was read to him, he pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor prayed the court for an adjournment to enable him to present his witnesses.

In his ruling, the presiding judge, George Gwani, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N35,000 and a surety in like sum.

Gwani adjourned the matter until Nov.15 for hearing.
